TACKLING THE PRESSING CLIMATE EMERGENCY

Solid waste worldwide will more than double by 2050. Construction waste still comprises 20% of that and contributes 11% of world’s CO2 emissionsÏ
25% of waste from building demolition can be fully reused and 70% can be recycled. Yet, aside from steel, 75% of demolition material is still landfilled.

Contractors are pressed by time and expenses to properly monitor demolition sites. Due to antiquated communication between contractors, recyclers and suppliers, it expedites the degradation of materials on sites
The industry needs better and cheaper tools for monitoring materials and connecting key stakeholders

And we have our solution for that.

A UNIVERSAL MATERIALS MARKETPLACE

The capture system is integrated with the marketplace that allows to rapidly resell your stock to all interested parties.
Monitoring construction waste from site footage with AI
We are developing a computer vision solution to detect and classify construction material types and volumes for existing buildings and job sites. Using novel AI, object detection and inverse graphics, we extract weight, quality, dimensions, type & grade of material, and embodied carbon. The technology comes on a mobile app but is compatible with on-site cameras, drones, and other image-based means. We are scaling the solution to apply to both waste and piled materials, as well as for scanning existing buildings for demolition bids.
